Seminyak & Legian
Located north of Kuta, this area has come into it's own after years of being
Kuta's stepsister. Seminyak is now a party and restaurant scene as well as having
great beaches and shopping. The late afternoon sees the Double Six beach filling
up with the usual, the unusual and sometimes the bizarre. Impromptu music on the
beach often fills the air. Further north is the well known JI. Laksmana lined
with great restaurants.
Bali Update
A trip to the way Bali used to be If Lombok's new airport reaches its full potential, the island will see a big increase in visitors. So be quick if you want to see it before the rush.
Michelin star chef heads to Bali Renowned British chef Tom Kerridge will visit a Balinese resort next month to take part in a "spectacular gastronomy experience".
